Hiatus

There will be a (hopefully brief) hiatus as the EbR crew goes on a corporate retreat. Those who survive will return ready to go back to work.

The first step, the first trample, the first hit.

This isn't exactly what was requested. But it seemed pertinent to the request that was made. There may soon be a few stories that go outside of what is realistic and okay (some broken bones maybe?), but first I wanted to do this.

When two people first start to play, especially if one of them is new, there are some tough conversations. Tough but important.

Texas Bind 'em

Poker. Such a lovely game. When people know what they're doing, it's a cornucopia of nonverbal communication. Reading tells, knowing how to bet, slow playing; it's rarely about the cards. It's all about the players, what they're willing to risk, when they'll stop. Like the song says, know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em.

Of course, if what you're betting on is the humiliation and torture of your sub, it may not be the right move to fold....

Ride him, cowgirl

It's been a while since I've written anything. But I'm going to try to get back into it. Thank you all for being patient with me.

For today, we're going out to a ranch. To a story written for a long time supporter of the blog. I hope he likes it.
